• An AIMS ED-4 pre-employment survey is administered to each security officer applicant to evaluate his or her suitability and understanding for each individual job assignment.
• Prior to being hired, each prospective employee receives and must pass a drug screening. GSS maintains a DRUG-FREE work environment and further drug screenings are administered randomly to ensure compliance with company policy.
• All employees go through a rigorous training regimen so that they may perform their duties in the professional, courteous and consistent manner that GSS, and its clients, demand.
